Re: The ground level - in and out
I also watched it by accident. Wife and I just came from Nigeria to Serbia for a vacation and wanted to watch **something** or **anything** so we picked Avatar. I have heard a word or two about it, but that was all. 3 hours later... well... world has changed

Yeah, the hype went past me for a good while. Then a co-worker who knew that I like fantasy and scifi recommended the movie to me. Well, the rest is history ;-)

Re: The ground level - in and out
I am kinda afraid of the potential load on the server here once the sequel is out in the cinemas

What I miss a lot too is some proper role play on this and that other forum.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Hi folks. Ha, ha, similar story for me. Had not really heard of it, then saw a trailer and thought "Sigorney Weaver is back in another James Cameron movie? And it has robot suits? (Just like in Aliens) Ok, maybe I'll check this out." Saw it on Boxing Day in 3D. Then a buddy at work said "we should see it in IMAX 3D. Had to wait 2 months just to get an IMAX ticket because the screenings were always sold out! Never expected a movie would completely change my life.Kiyevanie wrote:Yeah, the hype went past me for a good while.
