Morning (it's not good to always feel so dead tired).
Luckily yes, but it was annoying anyway.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Just popping in quickly to post about Toruk - the First Flight, and I guess I should check in too. Atokirina and I are still out there, we're just insanely busy this time of year with our FX makeup and props business. Looking forward to seeing Toruk. Anyone interested in a Toronto or nearby U.S. state meet up to go see it? We'd love to host another Toronto Avatar meet!

Re: The ground level - in and out
Morning - it's Thursday.
I wondered again yesterday: How come people can put up savings (when haveing more or less as much as I/we do)? Don't they eat? Do they live in ice cold flats? I see them flying into holidays and paying for suregeries they have to pay hemself completely and so on. I don't get it. I must be doing something severely wrong and improvement of the situation is anything but in sight. When this is over I'll be down with the money I get again and for be doing anything like having an own 'buiseness' is impossible - you can't do that in germany and especially not in this corner of the country (most people got only very little money and so they can only spent so much). I'm annoyed. I'm severely annoyed - what does it help going to work when you don't see a significant improvement?
At least it's Thursday.

Back home.
Took tomorrow off. (Need to bring the car to the garage anyway. New winter tires are scheduled ... my wallet is silently crying.)

Back home too.
I hear ya - been there two years ago, buying winter tires definitely hurts the wallet. But they are a must in my book.

Talking of tyres... What's the cost in Germany, for an average car?
For a quite large car, I have to pay approx. 70-80 EUR per tyre (fixing included).

Good Morning
The car is at the garage and now it's waiting.
I baught them for 50E each. My car is rather small (Toyota Aygo - the older version) and I used an online shop that one of colleagues pointed out to me. He also helped me ot find the right tires. Good quality but also not too expensive.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Connection issues again? Ugh...
Trailer: *picks off jaw from basement* That's like Avatar (Battle for the Tree of Souls) gone World of Warcraft
At some points I think they blatantly stole the choreography and picture/scene setup.

Yeah. I was like: "OK generic enough. Nice graphics tho'." "That looks familiar." "Wait. What?" "This is just ..." "Holy fcking moly!"
I mean - they even cut the 'Dragon' in there. It's so much the same that it's nearly ridiculous. (And reading the comments I wasn't the onyl one thinking it's pretty much copied. Especially given the fact that this is for an MMo.)
Now I want an Avatar-MMO.

Morning
*waves at Elyris and Nawm*
Or was that what you meant?
And yepp, a lot of the comments went along those lines - eh, you can't have seen Avatar and not go like WTF???
I wanted an Avatar MMO right from the moment when I left the cinema the first time

Not only the Dragon. I swear I saw the scene where Jake jumps off Toruk on top of that ship and kills all the mercenaries in those gun-thingies.Elyris wrote:I mean - they even cut the 'Dragon' in there.
