Ninja-in, from the airport. Connection is slowwwwwww, it took about 5 minutes just to load the main forum page, so I won't bother till I reach Germany in the morning.

Finally in :)

Spent the day in the local mall, had to do some last minute grocery shopping and wanted to head into some of the special food stores said mall had.

It's kinda fun, sitting in a cafe, completely relaxed because you have everything done and prepared and then you see the other people running over each other :hee:

Hmmmhmmm *nods* (minus the cafe).

We went to the city too to get some last things done.

Hey Kiy :)

Random notice of the day: I made dinner today - pork filet in Wildgewürzkruste with roated potato cubes (in the still spicy oil from the filet) and slowly cooked beet (with honey, rum and red-vine vinegar). Turned out better than I thought it would be (as I can't cook), but the filet wasn't pink anymore - sadly (aka too long in it's foil wrap in the oven). I will do better next time.

In my book, any food which doesn't send you to the hospital, is a good one!

Mmmhm, my expectations are atiny little bit higher.

The filet sounds good though anyway - as long as it isn't dry it's alright, I think. Althoug I prefer a bit pink in the middle as well.

Hi boss :geek:

Hmm - yeah. Me too. You could still eat with a fork only though - it wasn't really dry. I just prefer it pink (modern pork has so little taste on it's own.).

Anyway - out for the night now. Hope you all got a nice day tomorrow. :)

I prefer pork from my dad's farm :)

As for pink against not so pink... I prefer my steaks to be done well, not to be half-raw :)

Hmmmm - pink beef. (With the 'quality' that's sold here, everything more cooked than 'half rare' - except you cook it for three hours or more - will end up as a shoe sole.)

Good morning :)

Personally I'm more a "medium rare" person when it comes to beef.

Good morning :)
