Was throwing up last night, and now I have a hangover level headache.

Another day of throwing up. It looks like I'm having a bad reaction to the antibiotics I was prescribed. I called in, talked to the Dr who prescribed them, and he said to stop taking them. It's a pity that I can't return the unused portion of the prescription because, now I can't take them.

Ack, yeah... antibiotics suck. Replacing one sickness (whatever infection) with another (stomach problems)

What used to help me is to always take pills with food (incl. Liquid one). Strange enough, what helped me to flush my stomach is a bottle of coke, which I would likely throw up, but after that things would go back to normal.

Holiday trip was rather stressful, but OKish enough to make me hold through it 'til the last day (I wonder why I didn't explode .. really; but most likely I'll have to pay with my health for this).
Then yesterday we were really early for hte ferry (like 2,5 hours). Well we were booked for the 13:30 ferry, but were early enoug hto hit the 11:15 one. I suggested to try and take the earlier one, as we have paid for hte tickets anyway and there weren't any differences in the ferries. I got ignored.
Well around 12:00 we get to the port and the young man we showed our tickets to said "Wait in Line 2". When the boarding finally began nothing moved in our lane and just after asking the guys waiting in Lane 1 it got clear to us that all of them were booked on the 15:30 ferry, so we tried to hurry but ending up getting yelled at by staff and to top all of thius my cousin and aunt still fir in the ferries stomach with their car, but we didn't. Causing my grandpa to yell and my grandma to get a kind of menthal meltdown - crying and screaming and all - (not a good thing for a women of 71, who had a heart attack months ago, has diabetes and was sick with first headaches and then heavy diarrhea the whole week).
Was really, really, really angry and just had to wonder again how I manage to turn all that energy inside so just I am hurt by it.
We tried to regress and the women in the service 'center' told us if we fill up the form we would get the money for the tickets back and gave us two coupons.
It was all anything but pleasant.

I'm through with this poop - I don't think I'm going to try to go on any holidays ever again. Within the last 15 years or so there was always more bad than good in these trips. I don't have the nerve for that anymore.

I'd be overdue for a complete mental therapy after that. Or (alternatively) for a lifelong sentence cause I would have strangled someone!

I did this mostly to make the grandparents happy, as it was their last trip surely (grandma just can't stand driving and grandpa can't drive that well anymore).
Also: I won't be able to pay for a real holiday trip on my own. And I would be alone too.

Yes: It was very, very ,very exhausting.

To be honest, I'd rather be alone in my vacation than have the whole family around... there'd be no chance for recovery

I can't say. In the last one and a half decades or so every holiday was bad. I think it would be good to have something for me, but it also isn't something realistic.

Today is "Visit the Dentist" day



This will be a record achievement for me, as I have not gone to a dentist twice in a month since I was a teenager.

Ouch again...

Hope it won't go as bad as the last time. Gee, how I hate dentists!

Getting up early to go to work, and find it foggy. Who likes to drive in the dark when it's foggy?

Ummm - definitely not me.

Fog can be nice. In fall. When you're at home on a comfy couch, with a hot drink and a good book to read or movie to watch.
Not on the road.

A real Pain in the Txim:

Earlier today, while delivering in Helena, Montana, I get a call from a bill collector.



Apparently, back in June when I got sick in Oklahoma City, and round up in the emergency room at a hospital, I racked up a bill over $8,000 in a few hours.



Needless to say, that even with insurance, my part of the bill was $1,800.



Do you ever get that feeling that you just can't get out from under the crap?



It just rains down.
